About This Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer focused Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality services within 308 Queen Street. We are specifically seeking professional wait staff and bar staff to join our wonderful team.

Staff are required to fulfil approx. 20 to 38 hours, including some weekends, evenings and public holidays. This is a casual position at Food & Beverage Grade 2 level.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide high standard of service and exceptional dining experience to our guests- Upsell Food & Beverage products by suggestive sales- Communicate daily specials, menu offerings and increase beverage sales- Coordinate with kitchen to deliver accurate food orders and dietary requirements.- Set up of restaurant, bar and pop-up bar for service, and pack down of equipment, furniture and catering services- Stock control and storage maintenance- Service of Food and Beverage, mixing drinks and cocktails- Set up and pack down of equipment, furniture and catering services- High standard of mis en place- High level of communication, handover and teamwork.

About You- Two years of experience in a similar or a luxury hospitality service- Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate.- A positive attitude and customer driven focus- High standard of professionalism and excellence Customers service skills- A commitment to excellence of product and service- Teamwork skills- Experience in cocktail making, barista and wine knowledge
