- **We are on the hunt for a Lending Specialist to join our client's team**

They have an exciting opportunity available for a client focused and team orientated Lending Specialist to join their team in Melbourne’s Inner suburbs.

**Who will you be working with?**

Our client is a well-regarded business based in South Melbourne, whose service offering includes debt and financial investment advice to a range of clients.They are searching for a Lending Specialist, who genuinely loves working with their clients and providing high-level and quality lending advice. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised, tailored and trusted lending advice to clients
- Structure loans and identify suitable lending options to clients
- Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with an impressive team of Financial Planners and Investment Managers to identify further opportunities to clients
- Work alongside Loan Processors and other internal staff throughout the process

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, or happy to obtain
- Previous experience working in a Mortgage Broking environment
- Professional approach and presentation
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Able to work as part of a high performing team
