We are looking for help at our counters to serve our valued customers. This opportunity in what we call a 'Rental Sales Agent' capacity will be for a permanent, full-time role (working 38-hours per week) based at **Sydney Airport **.

**About the Role**

As Rental Sales Agent you will be the face of our brand You will interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and assist with general customer enquiries.
- Key responsibilities will include: _
- Establish ing customer car rental need s by actively listening
- Review in detail Avis Budget Group’s various add on’s and service s as to determine what may best suit the customer.
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
- Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Answering customer questions and enquiries.

**What **we’re **looking for**
- Applicants must have a **full **and **valid **driver’s **licence.**
- _This is a _full-time _position _and requires a _vailability to _work on a rotational ro _ster that includes _evenings, _weekends _and public holidays during our operating hours. We work 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 06:00 am to 11:00pm. _
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
