**The client**:
This client is a rapidly growing company in the workshop supply sector, specialising in fit-outs. As a market leader, they are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. To support their expansion, they are creating a brand-new position within our sales team for an Internal Sales Specialist.

**Who else is on the sales team?**
The sales team consists of field sales personnel, with one representative each in New South Wales, Western Australia, and Victoria. These team members primarily handle face-to-face meetings with clients. The Internal Sales Specialist will work closely with the field sales team to schedule and coordinate these meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and target market to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate face-to-face meetings between clients and field sales personnel.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and provide the necessary support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Work closely with the team to participate in daily Zoom huddles and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with the administration team to handle sales phone leads and support with quotes and spec sheets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical aptitude and mechanical background to understand the nuances of the products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the workshop supply sector and the ability to quickly grasp product features and benefits.

**Incentives**:
As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus How good is that You will have the ability to earn up to 10% of your annual salary as a bonus. The incentive structure is based on team performance, with the goal of achieving quarterly sales targets. If the team consistently meets their numbers over the year, you could earn up to $9,000 in annual bonuses
