Personal Assistant

Complete Plumbing and Drainage are leaders in the plumbing industry, specialising in new residential plumbing, drainage and gas fitting since 1993. We are based in the Hawkesbury with jobs all around Sydney for reputable builders.
Reporting to the director, the job entails answering all incoming calls, organising and maintaining job bookings for job orders and maintenance and any ad hoc admin required. To be successful for the role, you will have previous experience in a high paced administration role. You’re reliable, punctual, great problem solver and communicator, work part of a team and always give your personal best.
**Job involves**:
- Maintaining all construction and maintenance bookings
- Data entry for new job orders and maintenance work completed
- Orgainising any certificates or orders required for jobs
- Liaising with builders and clients
- Filing and general ad hoc admin required to assist the team
**You must possess**:
- Excellent work ethic with a can do attitude
- Able to build relationships with your team and customers
- Have basic computer skills to work with our inhouse database
- Understanding the plumbing trade is an advantage but not required
