About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to support DUAL’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of CSR & Sustainability based in the Sydney head office. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Executive & Facilities, this role will lead personal support to the CEO, contribute to professional support in addition to assisting the Head of CSR and Sustainability. This role will see responsibility for:
Personal Support
- Managing a detailed personal calendar
- Arranging extensive personal travel, including insurance
- Overseeing asset management, including cars and insurance

Professional Support
- Preparing expense forms
- Coordinating business travel arrangements
- Creating internal social posts for work anniversaries

Administrative Support to the Head of CSR & Sustainability
- Diary Management
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as but not limited to note-taking at minutes and project tracking
- Reconciling expenses
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of national and local office events

Philanthropic (Mental Health Ambassador) Administrative Support
- Managing social media presence
- Assisting the CSR team with research for thought leadership communications on platforms like LinkedIn and Workplace
- Updating presentations with current statistics and trends in mental health
- Collaborating with the CSR Coordinator to drive speaking opportunities and enhance the profile

About You

As an accomplished Personal Assistant, you'll be proactive in your approach, have an exceptional ability to think on your feet, and can roll with last minute changes.

We would love to have someone join that has previous experience working closely with leaders in a start-up business. Whilst DUAL is a well-established business, the heart, pride, and investment in the success of this business is like that of a start-up.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience, be IT literate, and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, you should be a strong team player, as you will be joining a close-knit, supportive, and collaborative EA team.
