**You'll be responsible for**:

- Ensure compliance with AAL parts cost control process and guidelines.
- Ensure the charges contained on repairer invoice are consistent with the amounts authorised by Motor Assessors and the current manufacturers’ list prices.
- Provide repairers with the prompt resolution of complaints, specifically including issues with repair invoices and other items that are flagged for review.
- Communicate the basis for any adjustments made to invoices with repairers and respond to any feedback received in an appropriate manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of all adjustments/savings identified.
- Reviewing of Windscreen/Glass Claims to insure they are Fair & Reasonable.

**About you**:

- Motor Vehicle Assessors with current trade qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurance Industry and the Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
