Quality Assurance Manager

JG Central Kitchen is the company manufacture and supply various condiments, food products including dumplings and sauces to restaurants. With society returning to normality post-pandemic, we are eager to expand our business and hope to supply our items to Asian supermarkets.
We are currently seeking a professional, hands-on, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our business. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our commitment to quality and excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our food and meal solutions meet and exceed industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver the exceptional quality our customers expect.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance program for the company
- Oversee and conduct regular quality audits of our commercial kitchen component and food production processes.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures of our commercial kitchen
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and product enhancement.
- Investigate customer feedback and product quality issues to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay current with industry regulations and maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our workforce is aligned with quality objectives.
- Maintain good business relationship with all external stakeholders
**Qualification Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food quality assurance, with a background in a food manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Experience with quality assurance software and tools is a plus
- Ability to travel interstate and international
- Bilingual is essential as company’s main product is Chinese Food
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
