Our client is a finance company who are looking for a resilient and strong negotiator to support their legal, compliance, and hardship functions. They are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient, and results-driven person, that can handle a variety of tasks and enjoys administration.

Role responsibilities include:

- Prepare, file and serve Statement of Claim/Application
- Prepare and file Default Judgments
- Compliance checking and preparation of reports
- Maintaining policies and procedures manual
- Responding to third party representatives
- Maintaining complaints register
- Responding to disputes
- Calling clients and requesting payments when they are in arrears
- Assisting in administration and working closely with other departments for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
- Driven for successful outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
- Adherence to confidentiality and compliance
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Be a team player as well as an ability to work autonomously
- Be empathetic while negotiating a positive outcome for the customer

Either Part time or Full Time where you will be working a 9-day fortnight (but paid full time).
