APAC GEO HPC Service Delivery Leader

**Your Contribution to the Organization**:
The APAC HPC Service Delivery leader reporting to the Vice President, HPC Service Delivery will be at the cutting edge of the technology industry leading the APAC Services organization that implements and supports exascale HPC environments. Key responsibilities include:
**Leading End-to-end HPC Delivery Services**:

- Direction of all in geography Onsite Resident Engineers (Hardware, Application Analysts, and System Admins)
- HPC Services including Hardware and Software installation and system upgrades
- Escalation management of high impacting customer events
- Account management / governance
- Oversight of all services scoping and pricing for new High End HPC services agreements
- Creation of a strategic business plan for organization to account for expected growth
- Cost of Delivery and Customer Satisfaction for APAC High-End HPC ensuring that HPE's reputation for quality and service is delivered through the people that solve technical issues and manage proactive deliverables
- Effective partnering with adjacent organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Global Remote Support
- Leading the team by being energized and energizing, passionate, enthusiastic, creative, positive
- Developing and engaging the team and to win in the labor market and in line with HPE values and culture
- Developing a best-in-class employee and people leadership experience
- Championing change and new initiatives while challenging the team to develop innovative ideas and improvements
- Preparing the team to understand and accept change

**How You’ll Make Your Mark**
- Strong leadership experience and business acumen overseeing an organization of ~40 headcount and growing
- Strong and proven Team Leadership
- Strong team collaboration within and outside direct organization
- Customer centric with experience of managing high level escalations and frequent customer interaction/ relationship development
- Strategic focus -needs to have a future looking focus and look at the bigger picture and impacts to wider organization and translates strategy to implementation
- Strong Influencing, negotiation skills, and building constructive and successful partnerships and relationships
- Customer Centric - high customer satisfaction and loyalty showing a passion for establishing customers for life
- Ability to innovate in the areas of customer engagement models to drive increased client intimacy/ relevancy - Strong innovator of ideas, strategies, processes, etc., always striving for improvement
- Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration across organizational boundaries; build consensus; creates an open, team environment where differences can be discussed and resolved constructively
- Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
- Proven organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Education and Experience**
- 10+ years of professional experience with a proven track record preferably in a leadership position
- Thorough understanding of customer environments and business drivers to leverage new opportunities
- Must haves: proven leadership capabilities and a proven track record of employee centric culture and programs, customer first attitude, experience in setting and implementing strategy
- Operational management experience
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills
- Innovative, strategic & Creative thinking with eye on the future
