**WeKare Disability Services** is seeking to employ bright, enthusiastic, & competent Service Delivery Coordinator workers for our brand new Booragoon office. As the office is still being outfitted, the position is currently scheduled to begin Mon 24th of April with interviews conducted in-person the week of 17th of April.

This is a client-facing position focused on customer service and the delivery of support services to NDIS participants.

A knowledge of the disability industry will be highly regarded but is not required for the position initially.

A high level of competency, initiative, reliability and autonomy is required for this position.

The position is casual and ongoing with some flexibility in hours.

**Service Delivery (SDC) Level 1 Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responding to, or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff for action in an expedient fashion.
- Organising, collating and protecting data of participants and employees.
- Rostering suitable support staff for participants and maintaining those rosters.
- Informing HR of staffing requirements to ensure stable staffing and continuous services.
- Delegating contingencies & covering shifts when cancellations occur due to illness or injury & informing participants of cancellations or changes to services.
- Manage support staff to encourage positive behavioural support strategies in line with participant goals & enforce ethical boundaries.
- Record and report as per the directives of the supervising L2 Service Delivery Co-ordinator.
- Maintain a high standard of care at all times for participants within the NDIS guidelines and procedures, ensure quality services and constant improvement.
- Report incidences of concern to supervisor immediately for instruction and follow-up.
- Undertake tasks (under supervision) in support of Support Coordination Team as directed by Level 2 SDC.
- Fulfill other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested / required.

Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role

1. Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services

2. National/International Police Check

3. Working With Children Check

4. NDIS Screening Check

5. First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)

6. Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle.

7. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status.

Additional training will be provided by WeKare, as required, to meet participant needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $38.08 per hour
