**Grocery Manager** to contribute to their unmatched customer service. Looking for someone with a great understanding of the industry & a passion for fine foods, who can communicate with customers and create a brilliant shopping experience

**The Role?**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the groceries
- Have a hands-on approach
- Maintaining stock levels & upkeep of store presentation
- Deal with suppliers & maintain professionalism
- Ordering of produce & stock
- Ensure you maintain exceptional customer service
- Build strong rapport with the local community
- Competency with online ordering systems
- Working within budget range

**What do you need?**
- 3 + years grocery manager experience
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, family-run business
- Great communication skills
- Proficient in ordering and technology
- Organisational skills
- Loves working in fine foods sector
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
