**About the Role**:
As the Portfolio & Performance Officer - IT you will contribute to the coordination of IT portfolio governance, risk and issue management, and portfolio reporting aligned to EPA’s strategic priorities and provide hands-on support in the delivery of the IT project portfolio.

**In this role you will**:

- Support the Senior Portfolio & Performance Officer and divisional and Branch Support teams to contribute to the delivery of IT projects in alignment to branch, divisional, and organisational requirements.
- Aid in the development, review, and management of portfolio risks and issues.
- Provide support in drafting status update papers and recommendations on improvements to projects, where required.
- Work with the Senior Portfolio & Performance Officer to complete monthly project portfolio reporting and evaluation to the Board, Senior Executive Committee and Divisions
- Provide hands on project management support to program and project manages across EPA to support alignment with ePMO tools, templates and methodologies.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A relevant tertiary degree and/or post graduate qualifications in Information Technology or other relevant field is desirable.
- Experience in a similar position; providing support to IT projects and program delivery - ideally within government.
- Knowledge of project delivery standards and frameworks
- Proficient knowledge of IT project delivery compliance and methodology.
- Exceptional stakeholders management skills with strong ability to build relationships.
