**About our client**

Our client is Tier 1 Insurance Group
As a Sales and Service Consultant you will be assisting in the growth and retention of core business by delivering exceptional customer service and actively promoting personal insurance products and benefits to existing and new customers

**The role responsibilities**
- Respond to inbound customer telephone calls and nake outbounbd calls
- Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs with the view of generating a sale
- Provide customers with correct information
- Take steps for customer retention
- Resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Upsell products by promoting benefits
- Generate leads for other business units
- Insure accuracy of customer data
- Process customer payments
- Reslove customer inquires
- Adhere to underwriting guidelines
- Follow best practice
- Participate in coaching activities

**About you**

We are looking for individuals who identify as First Nation who meet the below criteria

You will live in Perth
- Able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills
- Able to commence 28 August 2023
- Able to attend full time training in West Perth 0830 - 1630 for 8 weeks
- Completed Year 10 or equivalent
