**Group Head of Insights and Strategy**

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Group Head of Insights and Strategy. Reporting to the Group General Manager Customer Experience and Innovation, you will lead on insight generation and support strategy development for the entire business and manage two Group Insights Managers.

You will need to develop a deep understanding all Crown businesses and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-Level) across all business units. Working closely with these stakeholders to identify opportunities to support decision making and strategy development, this key strategic role requires strong commercial skills, strong reporting and presentation skills, strong organisational skills and must be able to deliver clear, compelling, concise and actionable recommendations.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Regular stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities to drive the business forward through provision of research, insights and recommendations
- Lead a strategic research program of work to support decision making across the entire business - including all Business Units across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney
- Lead on strategy development by drawing on research findings, business knowledge and market intelligence
- Design and facilitate workshops using strategic methodologies to identify and solve for opportunities across all business areas eg for business unit strategy development
- Lead a team of insights specialists and multiple external agencies
- Design, execute and deliver custom research studies

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/Psychology or related disciplines preferred
- Proven experience leading a team of research or insights experts
- Proven experience managing a research program of work
- Experience in business/stakeholder consultation
- Experience in delivery of evidence-based strategic advice
- Experience in strategy development
- Must have successfully led or directly informed marketing, strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Research/Insights experience at management level
- Ability to adapt and work to tight timeframes
