Head of Supporter Data Strategy and Insights

About the Job:

The Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation is seeking a Head of Data Strategy Services and Insights to join their team.

Exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to utilize their technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic acumen to enhance fundraising and philanthropy efforts at RMH.

Full-time ongoing role with a competitive salary of up to $145,000 plus five weeks of annual leave and an additional monthly paid day off.

Join a supportive, passionate, and experienced team in this newly created position dedicated to working with donors and supporters to raise funds for the RMH.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the gift processing and database operations for the RMH Foundation.
  • Produce high-quality reports and analysis to guide fundraising decisions and meet growth targets.
  • Enhance data management procedures and enforce database user business rules.
  • Assess the current data infrastructure and provide suggestions on integrating various data sources to support the Foundation's objectives.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled data professional with a fundraising background.

You should have experience in training and supporting users of databases with varying skill levels.

Building relationships across diverse teams in a large organization should be your forte.

Being a great team player and a seasoned manager is essential.
