JLL is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Workplace Ambassador to join our team at our Parramatta office. As a Workplace Ambassador, you will play a key role in strengthening the sense of community and connectivity within our office space.

Overview of the role:

Provide superior customer service to meet both internal and external client expectations Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring they are appropriately notified Assist in the management and procurement of vendors and services Support financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of requirements Conduct regular safety audits and assist in safety procedures when needed Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage general site cleanliness Escort clients and contractors as required Assist in the property risk management program Act as a first aider and/or emergency warden Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity plans Follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols Ensure compliance with JLL's guidelines, procedures, and strategies Employ problem-solving and analytical skills to solve complex problems Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets

Extensive experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting Professional and friendly corporate image Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner Knowledge of occupational safety requirements preferred Ability to work independently and stay calm in high-pressure situations Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and goal-oriented Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills Exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, and strong organizational skills
