Sales Loader Operator

**The position is situated at our site in Glen Forbes.**

A well established company in the Sand Extraction and Processing industry is seeking to employ a Sales Loader Operator to work within their experienced and close knit team in the Bass Coast area.

The Company operates multiple Sand Quarries and a new “state of the art” sand processing facility, all in close proximity to each other.

Due to strategic growth, we have two permanent, full time opportunities for dedicated operators to join our great team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Quarry mobile equipment.

Above award rates, industry and other allowances with regular overtime.

**Key Duties**
- Safe operation of front-end loader
- Using loader scales to load Heavy vehicles A double - B double
- Complete daily paperwork, (Sales logs, Prestart Checklists)
- Participation in safety initiatives including toolboxes and incident reporting
- Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities

**About you**
- Experienced in mobile plant operation (Sales Loader desirable)
- Sand quarry experience highly regarded
- Ability to complete daily paperwork
- Self motivated with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, day and afternoon shifts including rostered Saturdays and overtime as required
- Friendly, respectful disposition. As our Sales Operator, you are the front line representative for Sand Supplies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
