**The role**
InLife is a growing organisation ready to invest in building leadership capability. This newly created position provides a unique opportunity to use your thought leadership to build leadership capability from the ground up. This role will be responsible for defining what good leadership looks like, and designing and building initiatives that enable our leaders to develop their self awareness and their leadership capability.

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Learning, you will be a key member of the Leadership and Learning team. This newly created role will have the opportunity to define, design and build leadership capability for InLife. The role will be predominantly focused on the creation of leadership development initiatives, but it will also design and deliver other learning work in support of the broader learning strategy, where required.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Leadership Development**
- Define the capabilities (knowledge and skills) key to InLife leadership success. Ensure alignment to our values and the capability framework.
- Design initiatives to build leadership capability. This will involve design, development (working with our Instructional Designers) and delivery of projects, including scoping of work, stakeholder engagement, project management and defining success metrics.
- Identify and define the different leadership segments across Client Services and Business Support and ensure development offerings are tailored to suit.
- Ensure leadership development offerings are scalable, blended, aligned to the capability framework and reflect best practice learning principles.
- Support ad hoc leadership development requests (eg design of ad hoc sessions, informal coaching etc)
**Learning**
- Help define the InLife learning strategy
- Design and deliver general training based on needs identified by the InLife learning strategy (eg change management)
- Build out development options to support feedback and development forums and individual career development.
- Collaborate with other Leadership & Learning team members to innovate our induction and onboarding programs
- Design and build relevant professional development sessions for the different leadership cohorts (eg Client Service Manager forums, Coordinator forums)
**Data and reporting**
- Use data and analytics to demonstrate the impact of learning and leadership development
- Research and implement a measurement and reporting framework for leadership and learning
- Use data and analytics to create insights for strategic decision-making and recommendations.
**Other stuff**
- Provide support and problem solve any technical learning issues with the team
- Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to the rest of the Leadership & Learning and the People & Culture team.

**Qualifications**:
- HR/Organisational Psychology degree/other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent on the job experience.
**Experience required**:
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of leadership frameworks, initiatives or programs
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice learning principles
- Demonstrated experience in learning design, working with capability frameworks and leadership development
- Experience collaborating with Instructional Designers to deliver learning programs
