About You
Join RMIT as Manager, Leadership Development and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership at a global university. This exciting position is your opportunity to design and deliver innovative initiatives that uplift leadership capability, enhance culture, and improve the employee experience.

What You’ll Do:
As part of our Employee Experience and Capability team, you’ll:

- Collaborate with leaders at all levels, from emerging talents to executives, helping them grow in line with RMIT newly created Leadership Model.
- Design and deliver engaging leadership initiatives that make a real impact — driven by research, data, and evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate empowering learning experiences through dynamic, inclusive approaches in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
- Act as a trusted partner, providing strategic consultancy to RMIT stakeholders while championing leadership behaviours that inspire teams.

We’re seeking someone who:

- Is passionate about leadership development and thrives on creating opportunities for growth and transformation.
- Brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to connect deeply and authentically.
- Is experienced in designing and delivering programs that uplift people capability and deliver measurable results.
- Role models inclusive, constructive leadership and embodies RMIT’s values.

About the Portfolio

People consists of a team of strategic and operational HR professionals providing client focused, proactive and effective solutions and services for all RMIT staff. Our success is achieved by understanding our business and operating as a business partner to our clients. We deliver responsive, innovative and practical solutions and services. The People function operates in a manner that supports the RMIT values and achievement of the business objectives. By providing tailored, quality human resources services and products and ensuring a high level of expert support and advice, the People function enhances the ability of Colleges, Portfolios and Groups to meet their business objectives. This, in turn, enables University staff to better support the current and future student population at the University.
