Reporting to the Team Lead Systems Care, the Workforce Planning System Support (known in Goodstart as Dimensions Care Partner) will be the first point of contact for Dimensions system and operational workforce planning related enquiries from Centre Directors and teams. In a support capacity they will take ownership of each inquiry and ensure a high-quality and timely resolution, with a focus on building capability in our centre teams. Due to the nature of our business, this role will work as part of a roster to cover the hours of 7am to 5.30pm.
Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do. A customer service first perspective is key to the success of this role.

**Your Impact**:

- Be the first point of contact for all Dimensions systems and operational workforce planning related inquiries from Centre Directors and centre teams; processing large volumes of tickets.
- Deliver onboarding, coaching and training to new and existing Goodstarters relating to the system.
- Based on feedback continuously improve onboarding and training experience.
- Assist in developing and maintaining knowledge management resources that support Partners and centre teams in self-serving.
- Support the setup of new centres in the workforce management system.

**You’ll bring to the table**:

- Possess sound technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow your technical knowledge.
- Experience with UKG Pro - WFC / Kronos is an advantage.
- Have experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Be able to effectively develop and assess technical training materials related to the IT platform and deliver tailored solutions to the network.
- Possess a high level written and oral communication skill.
