**Your opportunity**:
Join our team in this newly created position, leading the development and implementation of the Enterprise workforce planning framework. This role will be pivotal in helping the organisation and managers plan for the future, proactively navigate change, efficiently manage the workforce, and achieve business objectives aligned with our strategic intent.

A key aspect of your contribution will involve creating comprehensive workforce planning toolkits to support and empower our leaders and resource planning teams to assess the effectiveness of their current workforce planning strategies. Utilise your expertise in forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and data analytics to collaborate closely with our organisational leaders driving innovation and delivering positive outcomes that shape our workforce's future.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing Enterprise workforce planning frameworks and toolkits
- Skilled in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis for the presentation of workforce information
- Significant experience using data query, transformation, modelling, and visualisation tools
- Innovative approach to problem solving and use of technology, business process and human resources.
- Resilience in a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience partnering with Payroll teams for system configuration of rostering solutions
- Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to deliver on rostering solutions and Enterprise workforce planning initiatives balancing compliance with industrial instruments with operational needs and trends
- Knowledge and/or experience with Human Resources (HR) data warehouses, SQL databases and data integration across multiple platforms.
