As part of the team you will use your skills and any magical powers if needed to:

- Ensure the smooth check in and check out of all guests;
- Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests to provide a memorable stay;
- Maintain knowledge of all room rates and packages available;
- Become familiar with the local landscape to provide guests with recommendations or referrals.

We are seeking someone who wakes up in the morning with a spring in their step, looking forward to a daily adventure with a diverse and fun group of people.

Experience as a Guest Service Agent in a boutique or chain hotel is favorable but not essential. We will educate you and work with you so your attributes will shine.

It is important that your communication skills and personal presentation is professional and presentable.

We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, problem solving skills and strong follow-up.

A willingness to comply with all CovidSafe workplace requirements is a must.

All the surfaces and equipment are being disinfectant on a regular basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alexandria, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
