Workforce Planner Coordinator

Position summary:
An opportunity has come up to work on an exciting project to work for a higher education institute. This role will assist the Senior workforce manager in all aspects of the project.

Our client is looking for a workforce planner coordinator to work alongside with the HR team with a focus on administrative task.

Bundoora location.

Full time opportunity with the consideration of Part time.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the Senior manager with the delivery of critical initiatives.
- Provide transactional and administrative support where required for the project.
- Assist with the continued development of the team’s performance and capability.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Experience working in a HR project.
- Strong administrative and technical skills, familiar with HR systems such as Successfactor, Pageup and Advance excel skills.
- High attention to details and be able to identify and solve data errors.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
