ABOUT YOU
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Operating the front desk reception area with a focus on providing an exceptional resident experience
- Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and overall wellbeing
- Complete the check in and out process for residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
- Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of rooms/units and apartments
- Conduct room shows to prospective tenants
- Maintain effective liaisons with property services such as maintenance, contract cleaners, contractors, and security personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service to residents
- Work to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figures
- Create and maintain waiting lists to assist with filling current and potential vacancies
- Proactively ensure that carpark accounts are paid up to date and manage any arrears.
