**Job Description**:
This position presents an exciting opportunity to oversee all digital publishing campaigns, ensuring their timely execution, alignment with client KPIs and objectives, and optimization for maximum delivery.

In the dynamic world of digital marketing, this role demands strong multitasking skills, effective delegation, adept management of competing priorities, and skillful handling of stakeholder escalations.

In collaboration with the Operations Leadership Team, you will closely collaborate on the proactive reassessment of campaign workflows and processes. This is vital to ensure that we effectively align with our business objectives across various departments, including Product, AdTech, Data, Finance, and Pricing & Inventory.

An integral aspect of this leadership role is the skill to receive feedback from multiple stakeholders, effectively communicate change, and champion its implementation.

**Day to day you will**:

- Oversee end-to-end campaign management
- Effectively delegate tasks, manage competing priorities and escalations appropriately amongst stakeholders
- Proactively identify and improve ways to streamline the campaign workflow
- Build strong relationships with Sales GBMs to discuss strategic campaign planning to support and exceed national revenue targets across all Sales patches
- Implement performance targets and development plans, monitor progress, and provide transparent feedback and continuous support to team members against those set goals
- Stay up to date with digital industry trends, regulatory standards, and guidelines to support best digital practice

**Qualifications**:
We are seeking a proactive individual who can inspire, mentor, and empower a team of Campaign Managers and Campaign Coordinators to foster strong relationships with the sales team to ensure the client has the best Nine experience.

**What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in the digital media industry or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a strong focus on mentoring
- Excellent understanding of campaign delivery technologies, tools, and platforms, such as Google Ad Manager
- Advanced dexterity with GSuite and Microsoft suite products with expert Excel skills
- Curiosity about digital media technology
