u&u is partnering with a professional services organisation to recruit their new Corporate Receptionist. This role would suit someone looking to move away from retail or hospitality and into the corporate world, or you may already be working in an office environment.

**The Role**:
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
Managing a busy switchboard;
Ensure that all clients, guests and visitors have a positive experience;
Provide a diverse range of administrative support to the team;
Monitor boardroom, meeting room and office bookings;
Proactively manage customer complaints and concerns;
Dealing with general enquiries;
Show initiative to monitor and ensure standards around presentation of the premises are upheld; nad

Working with accounts to assist with billings and invoicing.

**About you**:
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
Previous experience in a customer service role such as retail or hospitality;
Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person;
Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative when problem solving;
Eagerness to learn and advance your career in the corporate word;
Tech savvy with some knowledge of MS Office; and

A driving license and vehicle is preferred but not essential.
