**About the role**:
- Reception duties.
- Answering the office phone & directing calls.
- Spreadsheet data entry & uploading documents.
- Meeting & greeting clients.
- Weekly Reporting.
- Ordering Office Supplies and keeping the kitchen restocked.
- Formatting documents.
- Assisting the Directors and teams with various AD-HOC tasks.
- Taking minutes for meetings.
- Assisting with event planning.
**About you**:
- You have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Impeccable presentation.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and priorities workflow.
- You’re system savvy.
- Minimum 1-year recent experience in Administration/reception roles.
- High level of accuracy in data entry.
- Have a can-do positive attitude.
