We are seeking a Personal Assistant with experience in a professional services environment here in Canberra.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of your executive’s section.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing client service to external and internal clients
- Management of billing process throughout the month
- Document and file management
- Assisting with the preparation of complex documents, ensuring compliance with firm style
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Diary management is a high priority in this role
