Key Responsibilities
- **Communication Management**: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments as well as external parties.
- **Document Preparation and Management**: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. Maintain an organized filing system for essential documents.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**: Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, booking venues, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available. Assist with event planning and execution as needed.
- **Project Support**: Assist with project management tasks, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project activities.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding the CEO's business and personal matters.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to anticipating and resolving issues.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

This is an opportunity to develop this role and the working relationship with the Chief Executive Officer. Building a strong relationship is the key. Experience in this type of scenario will be very highly regarded.
