**About the role?**
As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) your primary function is to provide service management functions to our customers and internal divisions. You will be responsible for managing key relationships - customer engagements, monthly meetings, including - SLAs, continuous improvement, aspects of commercial management and delivery of reporting.

- You are Customer obsessed and results driven and have Strong ability in people engagement, relationship building and stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills along with presentation skills
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies (public, private and hybrid) and information security principles
- Experience in a fast-paced customer facing Service Delivery environment
- You may have some IT Project Management/Coordination Experience
- ITIL certification is nice to have
- Provide leadership and strategic development of services, working within Technical Services teams to support and influence other operational stakeholders
- Matrix manage and coordinate member(s) of Technical Services, providing leadership and direction, acting as a point of escalation and support and act as a point of contact for customers and BU partners
- Ensure processes are in place to deliver desired business outcomes along with monitoring and continuous improvement of our service delivery operating model
**A day in the life**
