**The Role**:
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support our Director of Operations, Emergency, Virtual Care, and Outpatients (EVO), along with the Deputy Director of Operations and Nursing, EVO. You'll play an integral part in supporting emergency and outpatient clinical operations, and cutting-edge virtual care projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Your role will revolve around delivering efficient and timely administrative support, which includes coordinating diaries and meetings, managing calendars, and facilitating departmental scheduling.
- Handling correspondence and drafting responses will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring effective communication channels.
- You'll be a valuable contributor; preparing for key committees and unit meetings, including assisting with document preparation and minute-taking.
- Your involvement in supporting administrative services, systems, policies, and procedures within the EVO Program will be invaluable.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills, adept at handling multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your organisational and administrative expertise.
- Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
