**How will I help?
**It’s right there in the name - this role’s all about creating and maintaining outstanding relationships with our affluent customers as part of our Westpac Growth Markets Relationship team. Working alongside a Relationship Manager, you’ll assist in looking after the ongoing banking needs of our customers, while making the most of any opportunities to help grow and protect the wealth of our customers.

**What do I need?
**Plenty of Banking experience. Working closely with our Relationship Managers, you will be a key relationship point for customers by providing exceptional client experiences. The key is to develop, retain and grow a portfolio of high net worth client relationships. You’ll have strong banking knowledge and skills, and a passion for going above and beyond your customers’ expectations for good service - showing them instead just how great that service should be.
