**About the role**:
A 12-month full-time contract for a Loyalty and Personalisation Manager has arisen within our passionate and energetic Liquor Marketing team.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Head of CRM & Loyalty, you’ll be responsible for the customer value proposition of our Loyalty programs in both Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market.

You'll also be responsible for the execution of the Loyalty strategy for these brands as we continue on our journey to build Loyalty and awareness. Lastly, you'll be responsible for executing the personalisation strategy across all three Liquor brands at CLG, including Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars.

**You’ll also**:

- Manage the health of the member database for Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market through acquisition, enhancements to the Flybuys customer value proposition and redemption
- Amplify the Flybuys customer value proposition throughout our brands
- Develop and manage use cases for personalising member data and cross-channel campaigns
- Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention
- Influence key stakeholders including Transformation Central Operations, Brand, Trade Planning, Technology and, external agencies including Flybuys to execute the Loyalty and personalisation strategy
- Manage a team member and agencies to deliver strategy and personalisation initiatives
- Manage the Loyalty program and personalisation budget.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 5+ years’ experience in marketing, CRM and e-commerce and have worked in a high energy environment, ideally coming from a retail/fmcg background.

**You’ll also need**:

- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics
- Experience using CRM platforms (front end) ideally Oracle Responsys
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Clouds and CMS systems
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
