About the role

Join our team at Calvary and as a National Program Manager, lead the transformation program and bring our strategy to life through co-creating, developing and implement operating model and business process.

**Your main duties will include**:
Designing Programs of work based on the identification of key issues to solve for aligned to Calvary's strategic objectives
Consults with key business stakeholders at executive leadership level through to operational teams and external as required, particularly those in Clinical, Community and National office teams, to drive alignment and support for recommendations that lead to the formation of a Programs of work to deliver as well as throughout program execution
Creation of Program Business and Benefit cases and implementation of these end to end including Change Management activities, utilising appropriate Project and Change Management methodologies for each Program and ensuring successful transition to a business-as-usual operating state

About you
8+ years’ experience in successfully leading complex, challenging healthcare programs
A hands on approach to co-define new operating model, business process and technology change for stakeholders
Ability to independently manage program and proactively address risk and issues ensuring on-time delivery within budget for agreed scope
Ability to implement Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with business stakeholders aligned with the strategic vision
Proven experience of taking healthcare stakeholders on transformational journey
Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with senior leaders, project teams, internal/external clients, stakeholders and service providers
