Endometriosis Australia is a nationally accredited charity that endeavors to increase recognition of endometriosis, deliver endometriosis education programs, and provide funding for endometriosis research.

**About the Role**:

The Marketing & Content Specialist is a newly created role that will support the achievement of strategic marketing, education, and fundraising goals to be an inspiring and well-known organisation that people both engage with and support.

The Marketing & Content Specialist is a permanent part-time (4 days) position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Articulate the Endometriosis Australia brand story
- Contribute to content planning with stakeholders to meet business objectives and align organisational goals
- Work with the team to source compelling case studies and stories that resonate with patients and supporters
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Develop and implement the organisation’s online and offline marketing strategy to promote the organisation’s brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate donations
- Create content that informs, involves, and engages target audiences and delivers on strategies/ briefs
- Research, liaise, and book/confirm engaging individuals to write content and/or appear on the Living with Endo podcast
- Maintain brand style guide for key audiences
- Implement paid search and SEO/SEM strategies/campaigns
- Raise brand awareness and online presence through marketing projects and campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing budgets
- Assist with formulating responses to Endometriosis Australia’s social media community
- Develop and schedule engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, or communications. Industry experience is highly regarded
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and/or design
- Strong understanding of social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communications concepts and trends, including digital
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and segment testing experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience and confident understanding of Adobe Suite products with demonstrated use of Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva.
- Generates innovative ideas, has a thirst for continuous improvement
- Strong copywriting, editing and content creation ability - a natural storyteller, able to leave a lasting impression and motivate people to action
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- A team player with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build long-standing relationships with people of all backgrounds
- Works calmly under pressure
