**The Company**:
A highly regarded national client of ours currently requires the services of an experienced Temporary Operations Manager to manage the presentation of this busy Shopping Centre located in Melbourne's West.
**The Role**:
With a primary focus on delivering a safe environment for customers, retailers, contractors and the centre management team, the role also involves a strong focus on compliance and preventative maintenance, planning and project delivery and high standards of presentation.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Assuming responsibility for technical facilities management of the Shopping Centre
- Assisting with the creation and management of operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Looking after both reactive and preventative maintenance issues
- Monthly reporting
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Managing contractors
- Ensuring compliance and OH&S
- Assisting with the implementation of sustainability projects
- Shopping Centre Experience working as a Facilities/Operations Manager or an Assistant Operations Manager
- Great contractor management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a large team or autonomously
