Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Interventional business in Macquarie Park and map out their career with a market leader in Medical Device technology.

Job Description Summary:
To support the Business Director by ensuring the smooth-running of the day-to-day activities within the business.

This would ideally suit a recent graduate or someone looking to commence their career in marketing within the Medtech industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact between the Business Directors and internal or external colleagues to ensure the functionality and coordination of business activities.- Arrange meetings, conferences and events as required.- Undertake administrative tasks as required.- Make travel arrangements and provide travel itineraries.- Produce reports and presentations as required.- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to arrange catering for events as required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Lifesciences (or related discipline) preferred.- Marketing and/or administrative experience desirable.- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn.- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks.- Ability to work autonomously and to be pro-active in decision making.- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively is essential.- High attention to detail

OTHER WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Some weekend work may be required as will out of normal business hours work- Domestic travel may be required
