Edith Cowan University (ECU) and Tokyo City University (TCU) have collaborated to create a TCU Australia Study Abroad Program, and we are seeking a dynamic administrator, possessing exceptional organisational and communication abilities, to join our team. This role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support, while collaborating closely with ECU stakeholders.

As the cornerstone of our Study Abroad Program, you will oversee essential administrative and logístical operations, encompassing our “Experiencing Australia” initiative and the TCU Volunteer Buddy system. Your role will be crucial in serving as the primary liaison for students during their transformative journey in Australia.

This position will offer a change to significantly impact both domestic and international students’ educational experiences, within a nurturing and collaborative environment.

**A snapshot of some of the key responsibilities may include**:
Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the program.

Being the first point of contact for students, providing guidance and assistance.

Collaborating effectively with ECU staff and external partners to facilitate smooth program operations.

Additional requirements that contribute to the success of the role include:
Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for occasional out-of-hours commitments (with prior notice).

The role is primarily based at our Mount Lawley campus, with a requirement to spend one day per week at the Joondalup Campus.

This role is ideally suited for individuals with backgrounds in international education, volunteer coordination, hospitality, tourism, or event management.

Benefits & Remuneration
This part time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $71,918 to $76,598 (60% pro-rata) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
