**Library Service Officer - Fixed Term Full-Time**
- Salary: $55,620 - $67,085 per annum
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
- Fixed term to 30 September 2025

We are seeking a Library Service Officer to join our Joondalup Library team for a fixed term. The successful applicant will deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external library customers and support the Branch Librarian and Librarian in the delivery of services, programs and events in the library, to enhance and develop wellbeing in the community.
Applicants need to provide a cover letter addressing the following key criteria:
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Developed verbal, written communication and numeracy skills.
- Developed time management and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed computer literacy skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook) including the ability to navigate the internet and online resources.
- Developed interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment.
