**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a Product / Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Just Jeans Branded Team

Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of product management from initial range viewing, data entry & administration of purchase orders. Whilst ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth & timely flow of product to stores.

This is a rare opportunity to work with international brands such as Levi's, Calvin Klein, Gap, Guess, Lee Riders, Wrangler, Neuw, Jack & Jones & ABrand. This role is full time located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop & manage effective relationships with supplier & key stakeholders
- Liaise with Product Manager to manage & maintain detailed OTB plan
- Contribute to daily sales analysis, managing life cycle of product & controlling stock levels
- Contribute to range selection. Range Plan management.
- Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
- Liaising with Marketing & Visual Merchandising, and managing advertising samples
- Support Online Team with maintaining all Brand requirements
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
- Store communication & feedback management
- Advising on Quality issues, problem solving & processing returns
- Sample management

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant/Supply Coordinator role or in an administrative capacity within a buying team is preferred
- Confident in reading & understanding retail budgets & margin calculations
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
