**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Product Supply Coordinator to join our Curve department

Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores, as well assisting the product manager in the product development cycle.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
- Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Assist with managing the production schedule and associated administration
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
- Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover.
- Range Plan and look book maintenance.
- Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis.
- Attending the fit sessions and assist with note taking.
- Key liaison point with other depts.
- Assist in pulling together information for seasonal reviews.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant/Supply Coordinator role or in an administrative capacity within a buying team is preferable
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Confident working with Microsoft products, including excel.
- An understanding of the production process and timelines
- Abode Illustrator skills would be advantageous.
