We are Australia’s largest pure-play coal producer generating over $10 billion in Foreign Direct Investment; owning, operating or participating in coal mines across NSW, Queensland and Western Australia.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**

As a Marketing & Admin Officer you will be coordinating administration activities, contracts administration, analyzing data and preparing presentations for the team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare various reports relating to Marketing and logistics, some ad-hoc reports on daily basis
- extracting and analyzing data and assesing the P&L impacts.
- ensure all activities are performed within the safety standard of Yancoal
- Prepare PPT presentations for customer meetings
- arrange overseas travel for marketing trips
- arrange/coordinate mine site visits
- arrange customer meetings/ lunches/ dinners
- process expenses and ad-hoc general administration duties

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in the role you will require the following skills:

- tertiary qualification in relevant field
- good verbal and written communication skills
- experience with generating and analyzing reports and data
- data analytics capabilities
- experience with microsoft office suite
- stakeholder management experience
- experience working in logistics, coal mining industries would be advantageous
