Specifics
- Proven success in creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that is integrated across multiple brands, clients and consumer touch points
- Preparation and manage budgets for the national marketing and events plan, including modelling and revenue projections
- Proven experience in identifying and implement techniques that assist in the development of digital solutions aligned to business and customer trends and needs
- Optimise digital lead generation and database capture across initiatives and assess gaps in service design
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation across marketing and sales strategies to improve engagement and customer experience
- Develop end to end marketing projects including campaigns, website re-designs, brand identity creation/maintenance and other initiatives which support the business sales targets through various distribution channels
- Manage the creation and maintenance of marketing materials as required, including product cards, presentations, website and social content, campaign materials and webinars
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices including web, SEO, social media, advertising and digital landscapes in the Interior Design, Architecture or Lighting Design industry
- Proven relationships with associated media, publications and other relevant design industry contacts with demonstrable results
- Oversee brand product launches, feature releases, including implementation of product positioning, creating product collateral and other sources of content that will increase brand relevance, awareness and customer demands
- Ability to develop & execute instore and online retail plans

Responsible for creating, implementing and upholding visual merchandising installations and standards across the Euroluce studios, ensuring presentation is at its optimum in order to maximise sales. A portfolio of works showcasing previous installations required.

Ad hoc interstate travel as and when required to Studios in order to roll out campaigns and execute events
- Oversee Euroluce external and internal communications
- Strong communication skills, written and oral to include case studies, press release, NPL collateral
- Working closely with the sales team to create innovative and engaging presentation for sales pitches
- Ability to manage across multiple corporate event projects varying in size and complexity from 50-500+ for key clients, customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in building mutually beneficial relationships and the ability to manage relationships at an executive level
- Capability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability in influencing decisions and outcomes
- High level analytics skills and evaluation on all marketing activities to measure effectiveness, demonstrate commercial outcomes and revenue change
- Regularly presenting to the sales and leadership teams on execution of campaign and reporting on all marketing activities
- Weekly and monthly reporting or as and when required to company leaders and board members

Experience
- 7+ years of marketing and branding experience
- Previous marketing and communications experience in Interior Design, Architecture or Lighting Design industry related experience is essential
- Qualified or working towards an Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or above related discipline
- Experience in creating, developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies
- Event Management experience for events of 50-500+ PAC
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Google Analytics, WordPress and Mailchimp
- A strong portfolio of work showing success in execution across all forms of media, print, video, social and digital mass media
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Confident in building relationships across the organisation and externally with partners and clients
- Experience in design and relationships within the design community in Sydney, necessary
- Proven record of working at a senior level
- The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational
