**About The Role**

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing successful events that based on the client’s brief to meet the campaign objective. With your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative vision, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and participants. You will be supported by our Account Managers and creative team to ensure the events are delivered as planned and in high quality. **Duties and Responsibility**
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Take ownership of the entire event planning process, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation. Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets, and manage all logístical aspects, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- **Client and Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their event objectives, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as vendors, sponsors, and speakers, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of event goals.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that expenses are within allocated resources and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor financial aspects of the event, including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation.
- **Event Marketing and Promotion**: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective event marketing strategies and promotional materials. Leverage various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising, to generate awareness and maximize attendance.
- **On-site Event Management**: Oversee all on-site event operations, including setup, registration, logistics, audiovisual requirements, and attendee engagement. Coordinate with event staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth and memorable event experience.
- **Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting**: Conduct comprehensive post-event evaluations to measure the success of the event against key performance indicators. Analyse attendee feedback, collect data, and prepare insightful reports to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for future events.

**About You**
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully executing events of varying scales and complexities.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative event concepts and overcome challenges.
- Budgeting and financial management expertise, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI.
- Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and technology for registration and attendee engagement.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and executed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage unexpected changes and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral & written).
- Good communication skills and business negotiation skills with strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
- Highly proficient in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with digital marketing and media channels (Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, RED, WeChat, Weibo).
