**JOB TITLE**:Customer Experience Representative

**JOB TYPE**: Part time
**LOCATION**: Adelaide SA
**SUPERVISOR/MANAGER**: Customer Experience Team Leader

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Undertaking all customer support administration tasks including customer follow up, order processing and returns
- Handling returns and refunds including opening parcels and quality checking items
- Ensuring customer experience expectations are exceeded in every interaction with Ryderwear

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- A demonstrated background in customer support roles with an administrative focus
- An understanding and working knowledge of ecommerce businesses
- Exceptional organisational skills and be a very efficient administrator with high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver excellence in customer service The ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced environment Proven background working with a variety of systems
- A background or exposure to Logistics and Warehouse operations is advantageous
