- Be bold, seeing challenges as opportunities that can be overcome as a team, be curious, always asking, “What’s new,” and “How can we do this better”
- Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in a global team

You will be encouraged to examine problems from every angle, challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative ways of progressing our business while being supported by a diverse leadership team.

You will work within FMG and across other Macquarie groups particularly the Risk Management Group (RMG) when developing the uplifted ESG reporting policies and frameworks, as well as influencing the Operating Groups to ensure effective and efficient data sharing processes to tell the Macquarie ESG story.
