**Targeted Vacancy**: Manager - Identified
**The Manager Key Responsibilities are**:
- Prepare high level strategic analysis and advice to assist the Director and Senior Executive Director to advise the Minister, Director-General and senior management.
- Develop strategic program frameworks, Cabinet Budget Review Committee submissions and evaluation models to enable government to deliver its Child and Family Reform program and renewal agenda.
- Research and advise on contemporary commissioning and program frameworks, based on evidence and best practice locally, nationally and internationally.
- Develop and maintain productive partnerships with a range of stakeholders across government and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to ensure the successful design and delivery of programs, and represent the unit on committees and working groups.
- Manage the development and implementation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families programs, consistent with government commitments and directions set by the Minister and Director-General, meeting all deadlines and performance requirements, within budget while building the capacity of team members.
- Lead the analysis of program performance and the refinement of program frameworks in light of this analysis, through negotiation with stakeholders in government and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled sector.
