**About the role**:
Working with our Operations and Brand Engagement team, this is a dynamic, fast-paced role, responsible for supporting the smooth operations of the day-to-day business and our annual programme of global customer and partner events.

The Office Concierge + Events role will be based onsite at our Law Squared HQ in Melbourne CBD, with the opportunity to work remotely one-day per week (post probation).
- Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: _

**Office support**:

- Front of House - Provide friendly, professional first point of contact for day-to-day office matters including but not limited to: concierge services, receiving and directing inbound phone calls, managing external visitors in the office
- Travel Management - Support firm wide travel management including booking flights, accommodation and on-ground transfers
- Internal Events - Schedule and coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events
- Office Infrastructure - Manage maintenance of internet, teleconferencing, photocopier, and other office infrastructure
- Data Entry - Update accurate data into Firm CRM (Salesforce)

**Event support**:

- Venues and Suppliers - Source venues and new event suppliers (Mel, Bris, Syd & UK)
- Event Administration - Coordinate end-to-end event admin tasks including invitation distribution, tracking RSVPs in Salesforce and post event reporting
- Gifting - Coordinate event and client / employee gifting and loyalty programme
- Event Logistics - Arrange logistics and ground transport for offsite events (including overseas), as required
- Event Content - Capture customer and internal event content suitable for sharing on social media
- Budget Management - General finance support for events, including submitting invoicing and budgets

The following skills will be viewed favourably, but are not essential:

- Basic graphic design and/or social media skills
- Experience using Salesforce
- Prior experience working in Events or Administration
