**What this opportunity involves**:
Melbourne Connect Co-working is located on the doorstep of the University of Melbourne offering an amenity-rich workspace and engaged community in Carlton. The principal objectives of the Concierge role are to deliver outstanding customer experiences to our customers. Our Concierge provides the first impression to our customers and sets the standard for how we project our brand, style, service and customer experience. The Concierge is the welcoming face of Melbourne Connect Co-working.

**An overview of the role**:
Manage front desk, day users and visitor check-in to and check-out from the space in line with the agreed customer experience process
Assist with customer needs and inquiries. Escalate issues to proper channels to ensure quick and timely inquiry resolution
In collaboration with others, create and distribute personalized customer welcome packs
Manage security pass activation and deactivation in accordance with defined procedures
Assist in the planning and management of events within formal events spaces and community spaces
Ensure all assigned administrative tasks are undertaken in a timely, efficient and diligent manner, with all files and systems updated and maintained in accordance with operational procedures.
Manage common spaces throughout the day to ensure they are clean, tidy, sanitized and presentable
Manage meeting room facilities pre and post bookings
Assist with meeting room and space equipment and Audio-Visual setup as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Perform the role of a Floor Warden within the building’s Emergency Control Organisation (ECO), participating in any required training and drills,
Assist with building operations and maintenance administration as needed
Attend to kitchens throughout the day to ensure they remain clean, tidy and presentable, check and replenish consumables, unload dishwasher and store clean items
Manage kitchen and office supplies, re-ordering stock as needed
Identify and report any issues which impact the space or amenity or detract from the customers’ experience
Perform any additional duties as directed and requested

1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
Must be enthusiastic, confident, and friendly, eager to learn and grow through proactive feedback and continuous improvement
Be focused on accuracy, with good attention to detail and be results driven
Be willing and able to promote the business and the brand for client and JLL success
Be customer-centric and able to offer exceptional customer service
Ability to work autonomously and to multitask
Possess excellent time management skills
Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel is essential
